My name is Víctor Medina Candales, and I am a Venezuelan photographer driven by the desire to tell real stories through images. Photography became my way of seeing the world more deeply—paying attention to light, details, and moments that often go unnoticed.
Like many Venezuelans, I made the decision to emigrate to the United States...
in search of new opportunities and personal growth. This journey of change shaped not only my life, but also my artistic vision. Starting over in a new country taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of human connection—elements that are deeply reflected in my work.
My approach to photography is authentic and intentional. I focus on capturing honest moments, natural expressions, and images that feel real rather than forced. Whether I am working on portraits, personal projects, or creative sessions, my goal is always the same: to create images that connect emotionally and stand the test of time.
Today, based in the United States, I continue to grow as a photographer while blending my Venezuelan roots with new influences and perspectives.
